  Joseph, who installed our new pool liner, did an awesome job, obviously knew what he was doing, and made sure the yard was picked up whenever he left the job site. Dealing with the office was a nightmare. There were several people who I spoke with, each having no idea what the others' told me. It was nearly impossible to receive an email reply or returned phone call after the contract was signed. The project manager seemed to have a secret schedule that the customers weren't privy to. Very frustrating company to work with but the end result was very good.
